Weekly Update ☆ 1 | On Harmony, Books & Places

This is going to be rather a “What I’ve Done Lately” post, instead of a regular update on my week, since I’ve been silent for so long. In my absence, first and probably most importantly, I was (re)connecting with my father, and we’re engaging in every artsy event we can attend to. It’s nice to spend some time with him, and maybe a bit weird.

During my silence here, I was actually feeling pretty harmonious and happy with my current life, and my state of mind. The change of the weather might’ve a huge impact on this, for one reason. Lately, I feel chirpy and as everything is as they should be, and it happened in the course of a couple of months actually, gradually. It’s hard to express as I’ve never been great on telling my light-hearted spirits, but it feels damn good to finally step out of my moodiness, and I guess I should shout out my gratitude to the closest people to me, as they make my life better and better.

Below, you’ll see what I’ve been reading in the last couple of months, and the grades they received from me (5 stars for the grand price!), where we attended with my father, my latest purchases and the songs that stuck in my head during this week. Hope you’ll enjoy, and if you haven’t already, follow @RoomXCV on Instagram (pretty please).

☘ A trip to somewhere, anywhere. Preferably to Maastricht or Amsterdam of course, but I’m game for a trip within my country’s territories as well.

☘ Summer! Or I’ll even settle for Spring at this point, just a warmer weather please. Like the type you’d go out at night to the shore to drink a couple of beers, with a jacket on, without freezing your ass off.

☘ Reading a good book. My boyfriend said I should read “The Girl on the Train” next, any other suggestions?

☘ End of this semester. I’ve started cutting class on a regular basis, and I’m just bored of school as it is.
